You can sign up for classes by downloading the AMP Syosset App. You will hit “create an account” and use the email address we have on file for you as the username and then create a password. You will need to verify your email address. From there, you can log into the app using the email address as your username and the password you created. Please reach out if you have any questions!
Please coordinate with us to schedule your first session, we need to make sure there is a coach available to walk you through your first day. After that, please use the app to book your own sessions!
This may be due to not having a verified account. You should have received an email when you made an account on our app asking to verify. This also may be an issue if you have a 2x week or 1x week membership, you may have used up all of your sessions for the month. Please text us with any issues! We can always put you in for a session on our end while we resolve the issue.
This app is where you will reference your individualized workout program. After you download the app, select that you have a coach and use the code: AMPathlete18. A coach will be with you on your first session and will instruct you on how to use the app during your workout.
You can pause your membership for a minimum of 14 days and up to 3 months. This will hold your place in your month. Go to profile and create an account using the email address we have on file for your username! You must use the email address we have on file in order for your app to work correctly. If you are unsure which email this is, text 516.802.0152
Create your Password
Once you create the account, it will ask you to verify your email address. You will have to go back into that email and hit verify! This is an important step, if not completed your account will not work.
Once you verify your email address, you can log in the app with the email address and password.
After you log in, you can book sessions by clicking on the session you would like to join (Personal Training is our Adult Program, Sports Performance is our Athlete Program).
Each membership has a 3-month initial commitment. Membership includes an individualized program design, facility & equipment use, and small group coaching. Please refer to the PrePayment Policy if you are choosing to save by prepaying for your services.
Each membership requires a credit card on file. Your card will be automatically billed every 14 days from the start of your membership unless otherwise notified a minimum of 14 days prior.
As an added perk, AMP offers 1 (one) complimentary hold of up to 2 weeks (14 days total) every 6 month period of time. During this hold period, your membership will switch to Remote Training where you will still receive your custom training program, accompanying app with coach check-ins and you will hold your membership rates. If you will be away for more than that timeframe, you can switch to a remote training membership for $29/ week for the additional weeks. You must fill out the hold form a minimum of 14 days prior by submitting our CANCEL or HOLD Form Online (See front desk or a coach for this form). You are not permitted to pause in the first month you sign up.
You have (x) amount of sessions per week depending on your membership level. You have one month to use the allotted sessions, you are not limited on how many you can use per week. We cannot delay your next payment because you did not use all of your allotted sessions.
After your first session, you must schedule all sessions with the AMP Syosset app. You will create an account using the email we have on file. If you arrive without scheduling or notifying via text, we may ask you to reschedule your session.
You must cancel any scheduled training session at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to loss of session for the term.
You may cancel your membership at any time after our initial 3 month initial commitment with 14 days written notice by submitting our Pause/Cancel Form (See front desk or a coach for this form). We do not offer refunds if you fail to submit the form prior to your billing date.
