We have been working with middle school to high school-aged kids for years, helping them perform at their best. Our services include everything from personal training, pre-game preparation, weightlifting programs, and more. If you want to get the most out of your season we can help you do it!
Private training is you working one-on-one or in a small group with your certified trainer and is the most effective and customized method of attaining your physical goals.
A team that trains together wins together! The AMP Coaches will push you to the limit and create a hard working atmosphere. The Athletic Movement Protocol’s staff of educated professionals will give you the tools needed to excel in your sport. Everything from speed development and injury prevention to nutrition and character development will be covered in their all-encompassing training sessions.
Larger, pre-scheduled, team training format is another popular option for Coaches to get their teams the AMP training experience. A team of 10 – 20 Athletes can train at a time from 2x to 4x per week!
The Coaches at AMP are EXPERTS in the fields of Training, Nutrition, and Recovery. Our Coaches have trained everyone from Pro and Olympic Level Athletes to weekend warriors alike, and have the knowledge and experience to help you reach your fitness and health goals! Dedicated to their craft, AMP coaches all hold AT LEAST a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Sports Medicine or related field and are certified through nationally accredited and recognized organizations.
