TJ Lopez is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who founded Athletic Movement Protocol in 2013. Coach TJ founded AMP with the goal of uniting the advanced and cutting edge training and support strategies used at the highest level of sport with the everyday athlete whether they have the goal of competing at the highest level or if they’re looking to improve their overall health and well-being.
Garrett Rodgers is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist working with Athletic Movement Protocol since the Fall of 2019.
Coach Garrett has played both soccer and baseball for over 20 years and naturally transitioned from being in the lineup to writing the lineup. Having coached baseball for over ten years he views coaching baseball as the place he fostered his passion for fitness, health, and overall athletic development.
Hannah officially joined the AMP team in March 2021 as Director of Personal Training. She had previously interned with us in the summer of 2019. Hannah has a strong passion for helping people of all ages and levels be the best they can be.
